Today I started working on a new logo design for one of our clients. The company rents and manages residential property and they also do maintenance, everything from small jobs to large projects. The name of the company is Radlett Properties and the client also specified that he needs something simple around the theme of a house roof and that he wants to emphasize "Radlett".
I promised I would design three completely different drafts and that we would work our way from there, so here's what I came up with:
