1. These Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules apply to the WEB3BOX SOFTWARE, LLC "Free Original Logo Design for one of our Facebook Fans" promotion to begin February 11th 2012 with entries due on March 11th 2012 at 10pm EST. The winner will be announced on March 12th.  

2. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules.  

3. How to enter: Anyone may submit a reason for wanting a logo design by submitting a text on the official Facebook page of WEB3BOX located at this address: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Web3Box/323883210407?sk=wall prior to hitting the like button on the above mentioned facebook page, by March 11th 2012 at 10pm EST.

4. Representatives of web3box.com will choose the best reason for wanting a logo design and post it on the facebook page. Selection of the best reason for wanting a logo will be final and no reason has to be provided for the respective decision.

5. The person whom will be chosen will receive, absolutelly free, three original logo design drafts (as graphic vectors) from which he will chose one.

6. The logo design work is not redeemable for cash.  

7. Listen Live Entertainment disclaims any responsibility for the inability to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, bounced emails, etc.

8. To the extent permitted by law, WEB3BOX Software, LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the prizes.
